Our liquor chocolates are perfect for those who enjoy a quality top-shelf tipple. We only ever use premium spirits that are just as good consumed on their own as they are in our chocolate creations. 

For our Cognac Truffle we take a generous measure of our aged cognac, blend it with cream and enrobe it in our classic milk chocolate spherical shell. Our single-estate cognac has notes of fruit, walnuts and spice. The result is something rich and bold, which perfectly offsets the soothing, smooth chocolate outer. 

We took a shot of our Single Malt Whisky and mellowed it in a creamy soft truffle before capturing it in our 50% cocoa chocolate spheres. Our Whisky Truffles contain our 10-year old Speyside, matured in bourbon and sherry casks giving rich fruit cake and toffee notes. 

Finally, our Rum Chocolate Truffles contain an ample snifter of St-Lucian Rum, distilled just down the road from our Rabot Estate cocoa plantation. These truffles are blended with a caramel cream, to compliment the notes of raisins, tobacco and spice from the golden rum. These little morsels are sealed in thick 40% cocoa chocolate, giving that delectable cocoa hit.
