Is anything better than a plump, bejeweled kirsch-soaked cherry? We wanted to create the most deluxe chocolate and cherry combination by suspending a whole cherry, bursting with the tartness of kirsch, in a luscious amaretto ganache. Classic flavours of cherry and almond, but with an adults-only twist, creates a decadent, warming fruity taste.

We didn’t just stop there: we enrobed our ganache in 40% milk chocolate, and then added a layer of 70% dark chocolate. The multi-layered cocoa flavours let you sample the bitter, fruity notes of dark chocolate, before you break into the mellow, creamy tastes of our milk chocolate.

Not only have we opted for two different types of chocolate for an extra detailed flavour - layering our chocolate results in a wonderful snappable texture before you reach the irresistibly smooth ganache and soft soaked cherry.

This Cherry Deluxe Selector makes a wonderful gift for those who enjoy a fruity tipple in the evening. Ingredients: cocoa solids (cocoa mass, cocoa butter), sugar, half candied cherries (9%)(cherries, liquor, kirsch), amaretto (7%), full cream MILK powder, butter oil (from MILK), glucose syrup, cream (from MILK), stabiliser (sorbitol), concentrated whey (from MILK), skimmed MILK powder, neutral alcohol, emulsifier (SOYA lecithin), natural colours (beetroot, annatto), flavourings, MILK protein.
