Life takes many unexpected turns, if you had said to me when I started as a Sales Advisor with Hotel Chocolat, that in a few years time I would have a Diploma in Chocolate, have a full knowledge of chocolate making process, featured in our TV Documentary and become the Arndale Store Manager, with plenty of other adventure along the way, I probably wouldn't have believed you. But here I am!
It is wonderful to work for a company that cares so deeply about everything it touches, from the Engaged Ethics programme with our Cocoa Farmers, the Sustainability Pledge, 100% Happiness for our Guests and dedication to it's staff.

Rum from Saint Lucia, infused with Mint and Lime and then finished in High Cocoa White Chocolate. Pop them in the Fridge for 30 minutes and then discover the quickest way to travel to the Caribbean.
