I've been working for Hotel Chocolat for nearly 9 years and I've
had an amazing time. Starting off as an Assistant Manager I quickly realised I would
love a shop of my own one day, which happened over 7 years ago now. I've
completed various programmes which have helped me on my journey such as,
Authentic Leadership, Getting the Best Out of Your Business and Food Safety. We
also complete a Chocolate Diploma understanding our processes, and as a company
what we do for the chocolate world. I've also been very lucky to visit our Rabot
Estate in St Lucia. This is the most beautiful place I have ever been and getting
access behind the scenes of what we do as a company was amazing. The cocoa
groves are stunning, and it was great to see where it all starts by grafting
and planting my very own cocoa tree.
