A high cacao butter content is the secret to our astonishingly smooth white chocolate. And our crowd-pleasing recipe has now been reimagined in adorable penguin form to join our milk chocolate Christmas selector range. More cacao, less sugar is our motto, and that goes for our white chocolate as much as our milk and dark varieties. With 36% cacao butter, these cheeky treats melt gorgeously at around 37 degrees — or as soon as you take a bite.
Complete with carefully sculpted features, a cosy hat and little boots, our white chocolate Jolly Penguins are almost too cute to eat — almost. But beneath that endearing exterior is a velvety centre of soft truffle, making these little pals worth every nibble!
