White chocolate, but not as you know it. Unlike other white chocolates, the main ingredient in ours is cocoa butter, not sugar. This means our white is never too sweet, making it perfect for white, milk and dark chocolate-lovers alike. 

Some say white chocolate isn’t real chocolate, but we simply scoff at the notion. Because we use such a high percentage of cocoa butter - 36% - we’re able to keep our white chocolate astonishingly creamy and smooth. Simply nibble on a baton and let the white melt effortlessly on your tongue.
