We use 70% dark to keep the cacao content high, allowing you to enjoy the intricate and multilayered aromas of the cacao bean. Simply break a piece off, place on your tongue, and let the different notes of the dark slowly grow stronger as the chocolate slowly melts.

We use our very own in-house moulds to create these dashing reindeer - we never use off the shelf moulds, ever. This lets our chocolate sculptors have full reign when it comes to creating our loveable Christmas recipes, so that we can add in our own personal touches to our characters.
