We’ve used milk chocolate as the base to give this Christmas wreath a wonderfully creamy yet deep flavour. As our milk chocolate contains 50% cacao the result is a deeply satisfying taste worth savouring.
The decorations: shortbread and florentines
The Large Festive Wreath – Milk is studded with cocoa butter shortbread and caramelised almond florentines, which add a golden pop of colour to the milk chocolate backdrop. Both ingredients also bring a subtle sweetness, perfectly complementing the deep notes of the chocolate we’ve used for this recipe.
