We’ve ground hazelnuts and caramelised sugar together to create a rich, nutty and caramel-flavoured praline and whipped it into a mousse. The air pockets in the mousse allow the taste buds to truly savour the sweet toasted notes of the hazelnut and the milk chocolate flavour, blending beautifully with the caramelised sugar concoction. Light and breezy, think of it as an elegant afternoon canapé to accompany a comforting mug of tea. 

The smooth whipped praline and the whole hazelnut offer two luxurious textures of nuttiness, and both are encased in a cup of our supermilk 65% cocoa chocolate. In 2015 we broke the mould with our revolutionary new chocolate recipe, that has all the cocoa richness of a dark chocolate, but with less sugar and a splash of creamy milk. For dark chocolate and milk chocolate lovers alike, this supermilk cup provides a snappable contrasting texture, and the deep cocoa flavours are lifted by the light praline.
