Saint Lucian cacao unveils a unique flavour profile – it’s thanks to the island’s volcanic soil, which basks under the Caribbean sun. Our 70% dark chocolate Selector puts all the multifaceted flavours of single-origin Saint Lucian beans in the spotlight. The result? A deeply chocolatey, definitively Saint Lucian solid chocolate slab.

To create it, our chocolatiers selected only the highest-quality cacao beans from the Island Growers of Saint Lucia, who we’ve worked with for over 20 years. The beans are sorted, dried and fermented at our Rabot Estate cacao farm, before we roast and conch them at our Hadley Park HQ in Cambridgeshire.

It’s this dedication to detail that makes our chocolate recipes so authentic – and creates the depth of flavours you’ll detect in this dark chocolate slab. With fruity opening notes of red cherry underlined by a subtle almond warmth, each bite is the chocolate equivalent of a sip of your favourite pinot noir.
