Pistachio has a delicate flavour that can be easily overpowered by other ingredients. But when the balance is just right, those nuanced notes sing. Both velvety-smooth pistachio praline and a sprinkling of pistachio nibs ensures you experience everything this mild but delicious nut has to offer. And rather than using sugar syrup, the addition of honey gives our bite-size Baklavas a sweetness with real depth. To achieve the flaky filo effect of the classic dessert, you’ll find a layer of beautifully-baked wafer, and each treat has a casing of cacao-rich milk chocolate to tie the aromas, flavours and textures together.
