Lamb and mint is a classic pairing, and our spring lamb Woolliam couldn’t resist mixing our mellow milk chocolate with bright Tasmanian peppermint oil and layering it with crispy feuilletine for a crunch. We even 3D-scanned real wholemeal bread to make sure our sandwiches had a truly authentic shape.

You won’t find Woolliam among your supermarket meal deal sandwiches though. His character was sketched and his first mould hand-carved by our chocolate sculptress, and he is exclusive to us. Made with our luscious creamy white chocolate, with a minimum of 40% cocoa butter, he melts smoothly without being too sweet.

We’ve used Tasmanian peppermint oil as it is prized for its complex flavour and aroma, and we think it’s bright refreshing taste complements our mellow creamy chocolate perfectly.
