The secret behind this recipe? We took our salted caramel chocolate and velvetised it with vodka and cream. Although our creamy drink is bold in flavour, we never use anything artificial in our recipes. To flavour this tipple, we used our very own salted caramel chocolate to give it a decadent and deep flavour profile.
The flood of dulce de leche with a rich, smooth finish means this cream tastes wonderful simply poured over ice. We suggest you chill the bottle and shake well before serving for the perfect moment of indulgence.

At Hotel Chocolat, we directly grow some of our cocoa beans on our very own farm in luscious St Lucia and we’ve picked up all the knowledge necessary to make sure their delicate cocoa notes shine through at every stage of production, from bean to bottle.
