Inspired by our neighbours in Saint Lucia, who distil their rum down the road from our historic cacao estate, we knew that dark and stormy Caribbean rum had to star in this concoction. We added naturally sweet notes of red raisin, our very own high-cacao dark chocolate, and a dash of expertly distilled vodka to create a well-balanced, full-bodied flavour.

If you’ve sampled our other Velvetised Creams before, you’ll know how utterly smooth and indulgent they are. Oh-so-sumptuous and inexplicably heavenly, our Rum & Raisin Velvetised Cream is no different. You might know us for our delectable chocolates, but did you know we also run bar at our hotel in Saint Lucia? We’re constantly experimenting with new, innovative cocktail flavours that unite our high-cacao chocolate with interesting and enticing ingredients.

With our Rabot Estate cacao farm being in tropical Saint Lucia, we wanted to create a satisfying drink that shines like the Caribbean sun. After many sampling sessions, we finally perfected our Rum & Raisin Velvetised Cream — and we’re delighted with the result.
