A lusciously creamy dessert, with our own special twist. We’ve reimagined this classic Italian dessert into chocolate form, so that you can enjoy all of the creamy, fragrant notes of a traditional Panna Cotta in one delightful mouthful.

To capture the delicate vanilla notes of the original set custard dessert, we’ve created the smoothest vanilla cream. To lift the fragrant notes of vanilla further, we topped our filling with a tangy raspberry zing. Berries and cream are a quintessentially British combination: we’ve just made it all the more decadent in our Raspberry Panna Cotta Selector.

Encasing our tart, yet mellow, filling is our high-cocoa butter white chocolate. We keep cocoa butter levels up, and sugar amounts low, to ensure our white chocolate is never too sweet, carrying with it the nuanced, dainty tastes found in cocoa butter. Whilst our white chocolate case has an incredible snap when you bite through it, once on the tongue it melts effortlessly.

For some added finesse, we’ve sprinkled freeze dried raspberry pieces onto our Raspberry Panna Cotta Selector. Not only do these add a pop of colour - our raspberry pieces give a  burst of raspberry tang on the palate.
