Caramel and pecan were made for each other. We use smooth slender pecans and utterly mellow caramel milk chocolate to create our delicious Caramel Pecan Chocolate bites. The result is something rather special - in fact, it’s award winning!

This unique pecan-caramel pairing draws out the pecan’s sweet nuttiness which sits flawlessly alongside the creamy milk chocolate and caramel flavours. We take our crunchy pecans and transform them into a smooth praline which is lighter and slightly sweeter than a traditional hazelnut praline. This is enrobed in a thick coating of our smooth and silky caramel milk chocolate. Our divine caramel milk chocolate has a buttery, soothing character with definite cocoa notes shining through. With 36% cocoa content, cocoa remains the star ingredient here providing that ‘chocolatey’ taste, whilst allowing room for those subtle caramel flavours to peek through.

The result is a wholly-balanced, perfectly nutty, utterly mellow explosion for the taste buds. You’ll have to try hard to stop yourself from dipping back in for another.
