Deep and intense, the cacao in this recipe is grown and gently farmed on the island of Saint Lucia, home to our own cacao farm. At 70% cacao solids, this chocolate grade is full-flavoured and brimming with intricate cacao notes. Paired with roasted cacao nibs, it creates a highly satisfying crunch.
As if that wasn’t enough to nibble on, this Easter treat also comes with six tiddly chocolate eggs, chosen by our chocolatiers to pair perfectly with your Nibbly Egg. Cast in our smooth and surprisingly gentle 70% house dark, these bite-sized treats are brimming with Gianduja hazelnut praline that melts in the mouth like butter.
