Our Pink Champagne Truffles are the perfect little indulgence for getting a little me-time. 

These fruity and uplifting milk chocolate cream truffles contain a splash of premium Champagne along with a hint of strawberry. The crisp strawberry-dusted chocolate shell provides a flawless contrast to the velvety truffle centre. 

Our Gin Chocolate Truffles are infused with our lively, cocoa-infused gin. We use plenty of juniper in the gin for high notes, along with orange peel for a zesty zing. The clean and crisp finish to the gin is important to ensure an elegant balance alongside the rich chocolate truffle and the sleek 70%-cocoa casing.

We think our Mojito Chocolate Truffles are just like the real thing. Made the classic way, our truffles are strong on the rum, with a twist of crushed mint and lime. Made with St Lucian rum distilled down the road from our Rabot Estate cocoa plantation, these chocolates will give you that unmistakable taste of the Caribbean.  The creamy truffle centre is captured within a rich white chocolate sphere, with each delightful morsel packing a punch.
