We know that the rich, sweet and delicate flavours of white chocolate pair perfectly with the citrusy tang of lemons. For those who crave that sharp lemony kick, we’ve taken the time to strike the perfect balance.
Our smooth white chocolate lemon centre hints at memories of creamy lemon curd with its zingy hit of citrus. Our products never contain any artificial colourings or flavours, and the real lemon juice in our creamy centre makes the perfect sharp contrast to the rich white chocolate outer.
We use 36% cocoa butter in our white chocolate shell, which is why it tastes so rich and creamy. We’re one of the world’s few chocolate makers to actually grow some of our own cacao, on our beautiful Rabot Estate plantation in Saint Lucia. This means the beans from our plantation are individually selected, ensuring that the cocoa that goes into our chocolates is of the highest quality.
Cocoa is always the star ingredient in our products; our mantra is more cocoa, less sugar, as too much sugar can dim the nuanced notes of our expertly chosen cocoa.
