We’ve taken a dramatic gin cocktail and turned it into a gin marmalade chocolate cocktail with a zesty citrus tang! We know - it sounds like there’s a lot going on there, but believe us, it really works!
As a treat for the adults, our Lady Marmalade Selectors are sure to satisfy. We know that citrus pairs perfectly with chocolate, and our senior chocolatier took one sip of a dramatic Lady Marmalade and instantly decided to make it into a chocolate. Once we’d found the ideal chocolate to match the zing of marmalade, our divine Lady Marmalade chocolates were created!
The tang of citrus marmalade comes through with a dash of Cointreau and bitter orange oil, followed by Sipsmith Lemon Drizzle Gin and a touch of Bergamot oil to lift. This zesty melt is encased in a sleek, crisp 70% cocoa chocolate orange spherical casing. The contrasting textures of the thick snappable chocolate and the smooth, creamy citrus marmalade centre are a delight for the senses.
