If you have purchased or collected this product from one of our stores or purchased this product online between 1st September and 26th September with the affected Lot Number, please return any remaining product/packaging or proof of purchase to your nearest Hotel Chocolat store where we will issue you with a full refund or exchange. The Lot Number can be found on the packaging tag next to the Best Before End date.
If you have purchased or collected this product from a John Lewis store or the John Lewis website between 24th August and 27th September with the affected Lot Number, please speak to John Lewis directly.
