For most of the year, these friendly pals are tucked up in their woodland warren, but when winter turns to spring… There's no stopping them. Our bunnies love to get all dressed up before heading into the city - it’s there they wait for the Easter festivities to begin!

These Hazelnut Praline bunnies are made from our cacao-rich milk chocolate - an infamous Hotel Chocolat recipe, plus our irresistible hazelnut praline. We only use natural ingredients and the finest cacao in our creations, so you can be confident that you’re nibbling on the most luxurious chocolates this springtime. In line with our more cocoa, less sugar mantra, these chocolate bunnies contain a rich, nuanced chocolate palate. Too much sugar tends to overpower delicate chocolate flavours, so by using less of it, we allow our complex cacao notes to shine through.

All our cacao is ethically grown, too - from our own Saint Lucia cacao farm and elsewhere around the world. By working closely with our farmers and their communities, we ensure our cacao has a positive impact on the people who have a hand in creating it.
