We’ve used 70% dark chocolate in this selector to add a deep, rich cocoa flavour. Although it is not as high in cocoa as our 100% dark, this dark chocolate is perfect for those who are still adjusting to the more bitter, intense notes of dark chocolate. Incredibly smooth, our 70% dark chocolate melts wonderfully if left on the tongue, although we wouldn’t blame you if you wanted to bite into it straight away!
