Hazelnut and chocolate; a classic flavour combination that we’re all familiar with. We wanted to celebrate these two tastes by making our hazelnut and chocolate slab as luxurious as possible, making this treat all the more indulgent. 

Perfect for lovers of dark chocolate, our slab consists of the finest 70% dark chocolate. Sumptuously smooth and intensely rich, our dark chocolate truly lets the intricate, nuanced notes of the cocoa bean shine. 

We’ve studded our dark chocolate slab with roasted Piedmont hazelnuts; world-renowned for the quality and flavour. The delicate, mellow notes of hazelnuts lifts the dark chocolate and adds a wonderful crunch. We roasted our hazelnuts to bring out the subtly smoky notes of our cocoa, resulting in a dark chocolate slab like no other. 

Not ones for simplicity, we source our cocoa beans from all over the world; the profile of the cocoa bean can range from fruity and tart to smoky and oaky, depending on the climate it’s grown in.

Although the cocoa bean goes through an extensive process before it’s transformed into chocolate, we have all the necessary knowledge to protect the nuanced notes of the cocoa bean. By directly growing some of our cocoa beans on our very own plantation, we know exactly how to treat the cocoa bean each production stage, from roots to wrapper.
