Our new-improved recipe uses a brand new process that allows us to crush the hazelnuts into an unbelievably-smooth puree. Say goodbye to graininess and hello to a drink that is velvet-smooth and rich in buttery hazelnut and rounded coffee flavours.
Usually hazelnut lattes get their nutty flavour from overly-sweet and artificially-flavoured syrups, but at Hotel Chocolat, we are committed to only using natural ingredients in our recipes - even if it takes a little more effort.
We’ve used quality hazelnuts so that their flavour can really shine through, creating a taste that nut fans are guaranteed to adore. They also make the latte wonderfully mellow, so there’s no risk of it becoming bitter. It’s the ideal latte for anyone who wants a caffeine pick-me-up but doesn’t like the bitterness and intensity that coffee often possesses.
To make it even better, it’s suitable for vegans and lactose-intolerant fans - pair it with any plant milk to create a barista-level dairy-free wonder. We love it when nobody has to miss out.
Coming in 10 single-serve sachets, you’ll have the perfect amount of latte every single time, with no mess and no fuss. It’s designed to pair with the Velvetiser - our in-home
hot chocolate machine - which will deliver the creamiest results possible. However, you can also make it on the hob.

INSTRUCTIONS
HOT
1. Pour 220ml milk* into your Velvetiser
2. Sprinkle in the contents of this single-serve
3. Press the button and let the Velvetiser work its magic

ICED
1. Add 100ml milk* and a generous amount of ice to a glass. Leave to chill.
2. Pour 120ml milk* and a drinking chocolate single-serve into the Velvetiser. Press the button.
3. Pour velvetised chocolate into your glass of iced milk*, watch it meld. Stir well. Savour.
