Our chocolatiers wanted to strike the perfect balance between mint and chilli: they settled on a fresh-then-fiery blend of real cooling oil and warming habanero chilli for a profile with a distinctive cooling and warming sensation.
This buttery-soft chilli mint ganache comes cloaked in our house dark chocolate. The smooth but brooding notes of 70% dark unites both of those flavour profiles without overpowering them.
