After something that simply puts high-cocoa chocolate at the forefront? Introducing our Simple Dark bite. You’ll delight over its rich yet mellow 85% dark chocolate, made into a whipped cream dark ganache. As we’ve dialled up the cocoa for this one, we’ve gone for naturally mellow cocoa beans from Ghana.
