A showcase of high-cacao chocolate, we made these mini Easter eggs with two of our deepest and darkest house grades. Think Ghanaian 85% dark, mellowed with lashings of real whipping cream for an intense yet silky-smooth flavour profile.

Whenever we use a high cacao content in our creations, we reach for naturally mellow beans. The meltingly soft middles of these small Easter eggs are made with our finest Ghanaian cacao beans, which give our dark chocolate a rounded richness that offsets any bitter hues.

Finished with even more dark chocolate, these mini Easter eggs are tiddly in size but their flavour packs a punch. Our smooth and elegant 70% dark is the perfect balance of cacao depth and creaminess – a subtle yet satisfying contrast to the more powerful 85%.
