I have been with HC for nearly four years and have been store manager of the Glasgow, St. Enoch shop since it opened. I enjoy travelling around with the company to other branches and was fortunate in working in Copenhagen for a week last year.

Mint Royale Selector
My favourite chocolate is the award winning mint royale which has a warm mint and caramel combination. I am also passionate about our gin, which I enjoy with Fever Tree Tonic and lime. The reason I love the gin is that it has a distinct cocoa taste and is unlike any other gin I have ever tasted.

Veganuary - Nutmilk
45% Nutmilk. Outrageously creamy. Made with finely milled hazelnuts instead of milk. Five years in the making. Worth every obsessive second.
