To add an extra element of sinfulness, we’ve encased this Champagne Cocktail Selector in 70% dark chocolate: a deep twist of cocoa makes this indulgence all the more decadent.

We use high quality cocoa in our dark chocolate to bring out all the intricate, detailed notes of the cocoa bean. The darker the chocolate, the richer the profile: we opted for 70% to add a slight sweet touch to lift this cocktail, whilst still keeping the cocoa content high so that none of the fruity, bold tastes of the cocoa bean are lost.

A cocktail originally developed by our mixologist in our Rabot 1745 London bar, we decided to reinvent this dry, slightly tangy cocktail into chocolate form. With our Champagne Cocktail Selector, you can sample our fragrant yet punchy cocktail - without even leaving the house!
