The top layer is a whipped white chocolate mixture with natural comforting flavours of vanilla and custard, with crispy caramelised sugar mixed in. This gives a satisfying crunch and a warm maltiness throughout, reminiscent of the custard surrounding a treacle pudding. 

That’s only half of it! Underneath, a pecan and hazelnut praline supports the creamy custard layer. The nuts are blended with chocolate and filled with crunchy feuilletine, a French wafer enriched with a malty flavour, complementing the buttery flavour of the gently roasted nuts in the praline. 

We’ve wrapped the whole thing in our high cocoa butter white chocolate for a decadent experience. We’re proud of our white chocolate; by using a high percentage of cocoa butter, the chocolate has an astonishing melt and complements the flavours in this Blondie Selector perfectly.
