Chocolate, caramel and coffee - these simple flavours combine to create the most indulgent flavours. We wanted to emulate that burst of energy coffee releases when you’re feeling on the sluggish side by using high-cocoa creamy caramel, perked up by a coffee shot. Whilst coffee and chocolate is a classic pairing, we’ve opted to use caramel chocolate to add an extra element of luxury to this chocolate slab.
We use Turkish grind Sumatra coffee and premium Arabica extract to create a premium coffee flavour which really holds its own against the indulgent tastes of caramel and chocolate. Roasted, earthy notes of the coffee bean add depth to mellow milk chocolate, tempering the sweetness from the notes of caramel.
Our milk chocolate contains 50% cocoa, and we haven’t used a high cocoa percentage by
mistake. By using a high cocoa content, we can keep the more nuanced, delicate notes of the cocoa bean protected - we always follow our mantra of ‘more cocoa, less sugar’ to ensure we can produce premium chocolate.
