The secret to how we achieve such a smooth finish and astonishing melt? We use a high percentage of cocoa butter. Cocoa butter enables the chocolate to melt evenly and gives it that silky smooth finish. Why use cheap alternatives when the humble cocoa bean gives us everything we need?

Real caramel is used to flavour our Caramel Chocolate Batons. We never use any artificial ingredients, ever. Not only is this because you risk overpowering the more nuanced notes of cocoa, but it also means you get chocolate that doesn’t taste as good. Authenticity works so much better.
