Then, to tame that fiery amaretto kick, we whip it into high-cacao white chocolate containing lashings of cacao butter. The result is a super-smooth, astonishingly creamy finish with an unmistakeable alcohol warmth.

We then take this buttery smooth ganache and seal it in a mellow, creamy milk chocolate shell, cast in the shape of a heart. As with all our recipes, we use a high cacao content in our chocolate – 40% in this case. It makes for a deeply satisfying taste, and a chocolate truly worth savouring.

And for that pink hue on top? We use a pinch of natural beetroot colour to add a final flourish without affecting the taste of the chocolate.
