Is it jam or cream first? Our Raspberry Jam & Clotted Cream is the perfect compromise to the infamous debate, allowing you to enjoy both flavours at once, with no arguments.  This delicate Selector was inspired by the joy found in slathering a scone with raspberry jam and a thick dollop of clotted cream.

We’ve used real pressed raspberries and indulgent clotted cream to create our Selector. This is the only way we could stay true to the authentic thing: anything artificial wouldn’t be worthy of its name. Natural ingredients give us everything we need - why use anything else?

Our own take on ‘Afternoon Tea’, our clotted cream adds a smoothness to mellow out tangy raspberry. Sprinkled on top are miniature pieces of dried raspberry for an extra burst of flavour.

To make these as indulgent as possible, we’ve filled our Raspberry Jam & Clotted Cream Selector with two layers: inside, you’ll find white chocolate ganache made with raspberries and cream and a white chocolate mousse, lightened with clotted cream. All sealed in 36% white chocolate for an added smoothness.

These Selectors make for a decadent option in a classic Afternoon tea - we suggest serving alongside fluffy Scones and a light Victoria sponge. However, if you’d rather skip the formalities, then these taste just as good on their own. Enjoy with friends, or simply on your own.
