Sometimes, simplicity tastes best. Our 40% Milk Chocolate Batons don’t need anything extra; high cocoa chocolate does all the work. No distractions, no fuss, just mellow and moreish milk chocolate.

These batons are certifiably nibblesome, and it’s no coincidence. Our chocolatiers carefully designed their moulds to make a chocolate that would allow you to experience the tasting notes of all our chocolate grades. The result? An elegant size and smooth curve, perfect for nibbling, savouring and sharing, as well as cooking chocolate.

We only ever use a minimum of 40% cocoa solids in our milk chocolate. Other chocolatiers may go lower, but we think this only dims the nuanced and multilayered tasting experience of the cocoa bean. Never too sweet, our milk chocolate is astonishingly moreish, full of intricate cocoa notes.

Because we directly grow some of our cocoa beans on our very own St Lucian plantation, we understand how to treat the cocoa bean in each stage of production to ensure all of its delicate notes and aromas are protected. By understanding the conditions needed to grow the perfect cocoa bean, we’re able to find the best cocoa beans for our chocolate to give it that unique flavour.
