A winner with our Tasting Club in 2008, this selector is a long-held favourite in our hearts: we’ve given it a new look in an elegant white chocoolate cut, so you get a big hit of blueberry, balanced in equal measures by our high-cocoa white chocolate.
Our white chocolate consists of 36% cocoa butter to ensure it has an astonishingly velvety texture, carrying delicate hints of subtle cocoa bean flavours. We use a high cocoa content for one simple reason: adding too much sugar and not enough cocoa butter reduces the overall quality and finish of the product. We live by the mantra ‘more cocoa, less sugar’, so that we can provide you with premium chocolates.
We top each Blueberry and White Chocolate Selector with a shade of indigo to capture the midnight-hues of the humble blueberry. We use only natural colourings, as we believe in nothing artificial, ever in our chocolates.
