We didn’t want to settle for just one type of milk chocolate: instead, we’ve included two of each of our milk creations to give you a full-bodied tasting adventure.
An Academy of Chocolate award winner, we felt it would be sacrilege to not include our Pecan Praline in our Milk Chocolate Collection Selector. Roasted pecans are blended to create an irresistibly smooth praline, which is encased in 50% caramel-milk. The subtle sweetness of caramel draws out the delicate notes of the pecan; we think this award is well deserved.
If you’re searching for a praline with deeper flavours, our Dizzy Praline is less sweet than most pralines and an icon of our collection. Packed with roasted hazelnuts, this praline has a super-smooth melt and an intensely nutty taste. We’ve coated it with 40% milk chocolate to add a boost of richness from the cocoa.
Do you prefer a fudgy or cakey brownie? At Hotel Chocolat, we like to remain impartial over these important matters, but we can promise you that The Chocolate Brownie is astonishingly chocolatey.
