Chocolate Macarons
Parisians love them with a passion. Now we covet them, recreating iconic macarons in chocolate form. Just as irresistible as the authentic Patisserie creation, our Chocolate Macarons are an elegant way to enjoy all the rich flavours of milk chocolate.

Despite its reputation of French origin, macarons were originally produced in Venetian monasteries as early as the 8th century, eventually travelling to France during the Renaissance period. We’re happy Italy didn’t keep the recipe to themselves - these are too good not to share. 

A layer of light as air 60% hazelnut praline nestled between 40% milk chocolate disks. We pack our praline with nuts to achieve a mouth-wateringly mellow flavour. Caramel crunch adds a nibbly texture, contrasting beautifully with our sumptuously smooth chocolate. We whip our praline to give it an incredibly light and airy texture. 

Other chocolatiers use a much lower cocoa percentage. We keep it high to ensure all those nuanced notes of cocoa remain strong, allowing you to access the multi-layered tastes of the cocoa bean. 

The perfect petit fours to serve after a luncheon, or to bring out in the evening alongside a glass of your favourite bottle of burgundy, our Chocolate Macarons are the easiest way to satisfy any sweet teeth amongst your guests. Of course, we wouldn’t judge if you tucked the box away for you - and only you - to enjoy.
