For these Christmas chocolate stars, we took our silkiest molten caramel and lifted it with the bold zing of clementine. The two complement each other perfectly, with the classic sharpness of citrus soothed by a wave of rich caramel.
To wrap up all those gloriously sumptuous notes, we envelop each one with our house 50% milk chocolate. A high cacao content means you get to experience the nuanced notes of cacao in a mellow, creamy milk chocolate.
