Triple Cherry
A riot of tart cherry in three layers: jammy compote and creamy ganache, with a solid cherry-white chocolate cap. Served in a 70% dark chocolate cup.
Sweet. Sour. Succulent. There’s so much to love about cherry, the ruby jewel of the fruit kingdom. So when we set out to create a recipe to showcase it in all its tangy glory, we didn’t hold back. Our Triple Cherry recipe contains not one, but three distinct cherry layers – giving this much-requested fruit the recognition it deserves in one of our first-ever compote-ganache recipes. Bite into one of our Triple Cherry chocolates, and you’ll be greeted with a powerful fruit kick in a satisfying contrast of taste and texture. First, a jammy cherry compote with a soft fruit tang. Next, we blended sharp sour cherry with real whipping cream to create a creamy ganache with a surprisingly powerful punch, then layered it on top. And because the best things come in threes, we finally blended morello cherries with white chocolate to create a solid cherry-chocolate cap – a chocolatier’s take on the cherry on top.
