We think authenticity tastes best. That’s why we use real pressed raspberries and whipping cream to capture the natural zing of a real raspberry ripple. We’ve encased it in 36% white chocolate to mellow out the tart raspberry notes. Expertly tempered by our chocolatiers to achieve that satisfying snap and melt.
Although these can be enjoyed as they are, we recommend chilling in the fridge for 30 minutes for an even more authentic ice cream experience. We usually recommend keeping chocolate outside of the fridge, but our Little Dippers are designed to be chilled. Enjoy a cool burst of creamy raspberry as you relax in the sun.
