At our little shop, tucked away on Guildford's Market Street, we'll find your perfect chocolate whether you're an everyday muncher, an adventurous type or a cocoa connoisseur. Since I started here in 2009, highlights have been learning about the Aztecs at the School of Chocolate, sampling Praline Egglets in the snow with Beau Bunny and trying herrings in white chocolate mayo in Copenhagen, but the best bit is showing off our creations to my guests in store. I'm so lucky to work with inspiring, passionate people who are obsessed with chocolate!

45% Nutmilk. Outrageously creamy. Made with finely milled hazelnuts instead of milk. Five years in the making. Worth every obsessive second.
